DISPATCH VS DELIVERY

Please note, our dispatch estimation, is when we send the product to our delivery partner, not the date it arrives to your door.

TAM FURNITURE : Dispatch within 2 working days upon availability and 14 working days for new orders. Client will be notified upon order for delivery time.  

ART & CERAMIC : Dispatch within 4 working days upon availability. . 

GIFTS & ACCESSORIES : Dispatch within 2 working days upon availability and 14-30 working days for new orders.  

 

DELIVERY

FURNITURE

UAE : FREE delivery in Dubai : 500aed for delivery in UAE 

INTERNATIONAL : Standard Shipping 5-7 Working days. Shipping & insurance charges are calculated at Check Out. If transport is arranged by TAM with it’s usual forwarder, transport will be exclusively door-to-door, meaning that the transporter will unload the goods at the client’s address street door, at street level (will not enter the building). Access to heavy duty truck must be assured or transport cost surcharges will be charged to the client. Only standard packaging is provided for our furniture collection. Upon request, wooden boxes can be offered at extra cost.

 

ART & CERAMICS

INTERNATIONAL : Standard Shipping 5-7 Working days. Shipping & insurance charges are calculated at Check Out. Transport will be exclusively door-to-door, meaning that the transporter will unload the goods at the client’s address street door, at street level (will not enter the building). Canvases are un-stretched and will be delivered in a tube. Only standard packaging is provided for all ceramics.

REFUNDS 

As our collection is sensitive and exclusive, we do not accept refunds unless faulty. In which case condition of goods must be verified upon arrival and any claim for damages must be submitted with photographic evidence of the damage via email within 48h after goods have been received. If TAM has arranged the transport and if the goods or the packages show any damage, the description of such damage must be written on the transporter delivery note. TAM will then arrange a return from the same delivery address.
